Individual (1-on-1) Training Sessions are suitable for players looking for more individual attention to help develop their;

All sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual, maximizing touches on the ball.
We will always welcome input and feedback from players and parents in order to build confidence to develop their individual game to meet their needs.

Individual Single Session
$95 per session when booked individually. Individual sessions are based on 60 minutes with session focus discussed prior to 1st session. All individual training sessions are recorded and players will receive a link to individual training channel to view sessions back.

1-on-1 Training: 5-Session Package
Book 5 Sessions and receive 5% off - included in the cost. Individual sessions are based on 60 minutes with session focus discussed prior to 1st session. Training T-Shirt and Video channel included.

Our individual 1-on-1 Training Sessions are focused on building strong technical foundations and cultivating good habits. Our sessions are designed to boost your confidence and empower you to transfer these skills to your team environment. Repetition is important for mastery so we try and incorporate activities that players can also conduct on their time and challenge themselves to improve. We believe in measurable goals so from session to session we will look to challenge players with activities where we can monitor progress.
